Monday, October 6th, 2025
Please arrive at venue no later than 8:00am
7:00am – Check-in, Driving Range, and Sponsor visiting Opens
8:30am – Complementary Breakfast, Sponsor visiting, and Check-in Close: all Players must be checked-in by this time
8:45am – Tournament Kickoff Remarks with Tournament Hosts
9:00am – Shotgun Start
1:45-2:00pm – Round Completion: all players to return golf carts at clubhouse, visit sponsors, and congregate in the View at Kissing Camels
2:00pm – Host and Beneficiary Presentations with Complementary Lunch, Awards, and Giveaways
2:45-3:00pm – Tournament Completion
Attire
On the golf course, men are in proper attire when wearing slacks or full length walking shorts (no more than three inches above the knee) and a shirt with a collar. Mens shirts are to be tucked in. All hat bills are to be forward facing.
Ladies are asked to wear a blouse with a collar or sleeves, skirts and shorts are to be Bermuda length (no more than three inches above the knee).
Midriffs, workout attire, short shorts, cut-off and blue jeans are not allowed.
Tournament attendees should also be aware that Kissing Camels is a soft-spikes only facility.
Important Notes
Upon arrival at venue, please feel free to drop off clubs at clubhouse with our club attendant.
Please arrive no later than 8:00am to ensure enough time for check-in, breakfast, practice time, and opportunity to visit sponsor area.
Check-in will take place in the main level foyer just outside of the Golf Shop
Mulligans will be available for $50 at check-in, via cash or check, limit 2 per person.
Practice Range will open at 7:00am
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase throughout tournament via cash or card
