Please arrive at venue no later than 8:00am

7:00am – Check-in, Driving Range, and Sponsor visiting Opens

8:30am – Complementary Breakfast, Sponsor visiting, and Check-in Close: all Players must be checked-in by this time

8:45am – Tournament Kickoff Remarks with Tournament Hosts

9:00am – Shotgun Start

1:45-2:00pm – Round Completion: all players to return golf carts at clubhouse, visit sponsors, and congregate in ground level foyer/ballroom 

2:00pm – Exodus Road Speaker Presentation with Complementary Lunch, Awards and Giveaways

2:45-3:00pm – Tournament Completion

Attire

On the golf course, men are in proper attire when wearing slacks or full length walking shorts (no more than three inches above the knee) and a golf shirt.

Ladies are asked to wear skirts or Bermuda length shorts, sport blouses or shirts, slacks or walking shorts (no more than three inches above the knee).

Short shorts, cut-off jeans and blue jeans are not allowed.

Tournament attendees should also be aware that The Club at Flying Horse is a soft-spikes only facility.

Important Notes

Upon arrival at venue, please feel free to drop off clubs at clubhouse with our club attendant.

Please arrive no later than 8:00am to ensure enough time for check-in, breakfast, practice time, and opportunity to visit sponsor area.

Check-in will take place in upper level foyer as you enter the Club.

Mulligans will be available for $50 at check-in, via cash or check, limit 2 per person. Credit card payments will not be available at check-in.

Practice Range will open at 7:00am

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided

Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase throughout tournament via cash or card
